Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for your purchase! Your satisfaction is our highest priority. All claims for returns and exchanges need to be made within 14 days from the purchase date. Sale and Outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the case of damaged or defective items, incorrect shipment received, or if you need to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (206) 326-5557 for a Return Authorization number. Return only unworn items in their original packaging with attached hang tags within 14 days of receipt to: Beyond Threads, 214 S. Jackson Street, Seattle, WA 98104. Please mark the outside of the package with the Return Authorization number.
Please include a copy of the packing slip or invoice for proper credit. We recommend insuring your return shipment. A credit will be issued for the price of the merchandise and any applicable sales tax. Sorry, we can not take back worn or laundered items. Please allow 1 to 2 billings cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
Order Change or Cancellation
If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order, please call 206-326-5557 or contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
