To place an order, to make changes to your existing order or to request a return for a damaged/ defective item or incorrect shipments: please call Customer Service at 206-326-5557 or email us at customerservice [at] beyondthreads [dot] com.
Registering with BeyondThreads.com enables you to track your orders online. When you log in, your billing address for your order will be filled in for you.
If you placed the order on the web, you may log in to access updated information regarding the status of your order. If you don’t have a password or if you placed your order by phone, please call 206-326-5557 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 Pacific Time). Please remember that it will take 24 hours from the time you placed your order for the status update to be available.
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with the FedEx tracking number for your shipment and a link to track it.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for online and telephone orders. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
Washington state residents will be charged sales tax.
For shipments within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses, we ship via FedEx Ground. If for some reason you need your order shipped via a different carrier, please contact Customer Service. Shipment via a carrier other than FedEx will be assessed a special handling charge.
Standard Delivery: Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 5 to 7 days. Please note: AK, HI, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories must use Express Delivery shipping only.
Express Delivery: If you need something right away, we can ship it to you via FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Express 3-Day at an additional charge. Orders must be received by 10am Pacific Time, and credit card authorization and verification must be obtained.
Items ordered together may not be shipped together. This will be clearly noted on your packing slip.
Please note we do not refund shipping and handling charges.
We ship to Canada via United States Postal Service. Shipping charges on your order will be calculated during the check-out process.
For all other international destinations, we will email you the amount of the shipping charge.
Thank you for your purchase! Your satisfaction is our highest priority. All claims for returns and exchanges need to be made within 14 days from the purchase date. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the case of damaged or defective items, incorrect shipment received, or if you need to return an item, please email us at customerservice [at] beyondthreads [dot] com or call us at (206) 326-5557 for a Return Authorization number. Return only unworn items in their original packaging with attached hang tags within 14 days of receipt to: Beyond Threads, 214 S. Jackson Street, Seattle, WA 98104. Please mark the outside of the package with the Return Authorization number.
Please include a copy of the packing slip or invoice for proper credit. We recommend insuring your return shipment. A credit will be issued for the price of the merchandise and any applicable sales tax. Sorry, we can not take back worn or laundered items. Please allow 1 to 2 billings cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order, please call 206-326-5557 or contact us at weborders [at] BeyondThreads [dot] com as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

We encourage our customers to register with us. When you register, we will organize your personal information to make your future purchases easier, and allow you to track your orders on-line. You can review, edit or delete any personal information you provide to us when you register through our website.
Disclosing Personal Information
There are times (when you make a purchase, register to receive email messages, etc.) when we ask you to provide information about yourself like your name, shipping/billing address, etc. Whether you choose to provide this information is entirely up to you, but if you do not, you will not be able to make purchases from our website, receive emails from us, or visit certain pages. If you choose to provide this information, it may be combined with other information (such as demographic information and purchase history) available from our records and other sources. This data will be used to make future marketing more efficient.
In certain unusual circumstances we may disclose your personal information when required by court order, or when we have reason to believe it necessary to protect either you or Beyond Threads from harm.

Unfortunately, no level of security over the internet can be considered completely foolproof. If you register with us, please keep your password and user name in a safe place.
